How the enquiry form works
This website does not store your enquiry on our servers. When you continue, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Once you send it, your message and WhatsApp profile details are shared with WhatsApp (operated by Meta) and with us. WhatsApp handles that data under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and check flight options, fares and availability.
- To help with booking, payment and ticketing if you decide to go ahead.
- To share your details with airlines or booking providers, only where a booking requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep enquiry conversations only as long as we need them to help you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
